Tricia is a seasoned professional dedicated to empowering individuals and businesses to create meaningful social impact. As the Project Director of Hong Kong Social Enterprise Challenge (HKSEC) at the Center for Entrepreneurship of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, she plays a pivotal role in inspiring young changemakers to address pressing social issues through entrepreneurial solutions. HKSEC, one of the longest-running competitions of its kind, integrates education, competition and incubation, while also offering overseas exposure to its winners. Since its inception in 2007, HKSEC has engaged over 10,900 participants and established itself as a leading platform for youth development.
In addition to her work at HKSEC, Tricia is also the founder and director of Dear Harry, where she provides expert advice to help clients drive shared value and advance social innovation.
Previously, Tricia was the Lead of Corporate Social Responsibility and the HK representative of DBS Foundation at DBS Bank Hong Kong. During her tenure, she managed the foundation’s flagship grant program and spearheaded incubation initiatives that empowered a diverse range of social enterprises. She also worked closely with regional offices across Asia to shape the bank’s CSR strategy, and collaborated actively with cross-sector stakeholders to build an impactful ecosystem for sustainable development.
